Safety and Security is a #1 priority.
Members of the Sweet Corn Festival committee have partnered with the Cedar Rapids Police Department to help provide a safe environment for this community event. Our goal has always been to create a family-friendly environment where everyone feels welcome, has fun, and makes lasting memories. To help ensure a fun time for everyone please review the security policy below:

Our security policy is as follows:

Bags Policy: Any bags entering the festival that are larger than 5” x 7” will be required to be a clear bag. All bags are subject to inspection at any time on church grounds. An exception may be made for medically and family necessary items after proper inspection.
No weapons, firearms, or knives
No facemask (unless medical grade)
No pets (Service Animals allowed)
No bikes, scooters or other motorized vehicles (except for medical necessity)
No outside food or drink *Sealed water bottles or empty reusable water bottles are allowed*
No smoking or vaping
